Her Best Dress (Concept + Notes)

Dress design for Sephira from Maverick; it was her favorite dress, and the one she was buried in.
Later on, it is also the dress that the Mother Elf's hologram appears to wear, with some differences (the Mother Elf's hologram is monochrome, as noted above).

Sephira is an adopted character from Legends 3 who was named Aero (Sephira was going to be her name outside of Japan), and as such, is based on the different versions of said character. More information on the character can be found here.

I'd also like the rat out Thecowinspace for this- it's nothing major, I'm just beta reading for them on FF.net and although they don't know it yet, they're actually helping me figure out what I'm doing with the Mega AU.
